Raw food is all the rage these days and it’s not surprising when you look at some of the gorgeously tempting recipes – I recently met Karen, the Secret Squirrel blogging sensation and right now I’m having cravings for her delicious cheesecake!
*The British author and journalist Graham Hancock is a pioneer of consciousness and he challenges the status quo in an incredibly convincing manner. If you haven’t yet watched his Ted Talk aptly titled, The War on Consciousness (which was banned from their youtube channel due to its controversial nature) then it’s a must-see. Graham delves into the world of healing, visionary plants and exposes ways in which our current modern world is broken and dramatically limits us from evolving. Watch it and decide for yourself.
