ZESTY + KIND
I don’t know about you, but I often wake up feeling like there’s never enough time in one day. We are busier than ever before although my guru always reminds me to be discerning about how I spend my time and he’s taught me to say ‘no’ to things that might prevent me from moving ahead in life. This Irish skincare brand with a conscience is committed to providing natural ingredients that are good for our well-being – so that means free from sulphates, parabens and phthalates. They say no to animal testing too.
Human+Kind grapefruit shampoo and bodywash acts a little like a cleanser with a lush, zesty scent. And it left my scalp, hair and body feeling squeaky clean and smelling delicious. I also recommend their nourishing grapefruit conditioner (which again contains no parabens or petrochemicals and is SLS free). Packed with all-natural ingredients, you can expect a shiny, healthy mane afterwards. And for extra shine, make sure you leave it on your tresses for ten minutes. Overall, the experience was refreshing with a capital R.
